*The mission of the Greeneview High School Library Media Center is to support the curriculum, assist students and staff to become effective users of information, and to encourage life-long learning.
*The Greeneview High School Library is an inviting atmosphere that is home to over 5,000 books and 500 videos. Students have the opportunity to come to the library throughout the school day. The library is equipped with 16 computers and offers bean bags and tables to work comfortably.
Library Rules:
-Students may check out up to 5 books each for a 4 week loan period
-Once books have been overdue for over 2 months, a note will be sent home to the parents
-Magazines may be signed out for classroom use but must come back at the end of the period
-Laptops may be used while in the library but must be signed out and may NOT leave the library
-Students may listen to ipods while working as long as their music cannot be heard by others.
-Flip cameras may be checked out for educational use. A signed permission form is required before the student can check out the camera. They are only available for overnight use and must come back to the library the following morning.
